The skills presented in these videos work on balance and coordination with a little bit of cardio and core work added to the mix. Â

All you need is a tennis racquet, two tennis balls, and a few common household items.
If you don’t have a tennis racquet you can use your hand, a notepad, or frying pan (flat side). Â
 Remember, you can always scale the workout less or more. Enjoy and have fun completing the exercises!
